Privacy & Cookie Policy
How we look after any personal information you share with us, and what this website does (and doesn't) collect.

Who we are
Grace Church Stafford is the working name of Littleworth Church Stafford, a registered charity (charity number 1115242). We meet at Littleworth Community Centre, St. Thomas Street, off Weston Road (A518), Stafford ST16 3UU.
We are responsible for any personal information you give us through this website or by email. If you have any questions about this policy or how we handle your information, please email contact@gracechurchstafford.org.uk.
Visiting this website
This website does not use analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and it does not set any cookies of its own. You can read every page without us knowing who you are.
Like every website, our pages are delivered by a web hosting service (Bunny.net). To deliver pages and keep the site secure, the hosting service may briefly record standard technical details such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use these details to identify you.
The fonts, pictures and videos on this website are all stored on our own site, so loading them does not send your details to any other company.
Getting in touch with us
If you email us, we will receive your name, your email address and anything you choose to tell us in your message. We use this only to read and reply to your message and, where you ask us to, to pass it to the appropriate person in the church (for example, Pastor Matthew Richer).
We keep emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then delete them. We never sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the church unless the law requires us to.
Contact form
When you send us a message using the contact form on this website, we collect your name, your email address and your message. We use them only to reply to you and to deal with your enquiry. We won't add you to a mailing list or use your details for marketing.
Why we can use your details. We rely on our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiries people send us.
You don't have to use the form. You can email us at contact@gracechurchstafford.org.uk instead.
How your message reaches us. The form doesn't store your message on this website. It sends it straight to us as an email, using these services:
- Fellowship Studios, our web designer, runs the form service for us and only acts on our instructions.
- bunny.net (BunnyWay d.o.o., Slovenia) receives the form and passes it on. It doesn't keep your message. Like most web services, it keeps short technical logs of visits, with IP addresses shortened so they don't identify you, for up to 3 days.
- SMTP2GO (Sand Dune Mail Ltd, New Zealand) delivers the email to us from its European data centre. It keeps basic delivery records, which include your name and email address, for 35 days. It may also keep a small random sample of emails (about 1 in 1,000) for 35 days, to check its service isn't being misused for spam.
- Your message then arrives in our email account, provided by Google Workspace.
These providers only process your details on our behalf, under data protection agreements. They're based in the EU and New Zealand, which UK law recognises as protecting personal data to the same standard as the UK. Like most online services, they use servers in other countries too, including the United States, some of them run by other companies, under contracts that protect your data.
Spam protection. The form uses ALTCHA, a privacy-friendly spam check. It solves a small puzzle on your device while you type. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you and doesn't share anything with anyone else.
How long we keep your message. We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry, and then for up to 12 months, unless they become part of the church's records.
Maps and links to other websites
Our Find Us page shows a map provided by Google Maps. When the map loads, Google may set cookies and collect information about your visit, in line with Google's own privacy policy. If you would rather avoid this, you can use the written directions and address on that page instead.
This website also links to other websites, such as our Facebook page and the websites of churches we are connected with. Those websites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law, you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- ask us to delete your information;
- object to, or ask us to limit, how we use your information.
To make any of these requests, please email contact@gracechurchstafford.org.uk.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please let us know first so that we can try to put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example if we change how the website works. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
